Honkindeals.com Terms of Service
By buying store credits on Honkindeals.com, you agree to the following terms:
- You have legitimate interest in using store credits to purchase products from our store. The Penny auction is our customer rewards program.
- In the event the website malfunctions, due to natural disaster, power outage, or human error, or some other unforeseen disaster, Honkindeals.com's liability is limited to the value of the Store Credits you purchased.
- Bid Credits have no $ value, they are a gift allowing you to participate in our customer rewards program.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will not participate in our customer rewards program, otherwise known as the penny auction, if it is unlawful in the area in which you live.
- You will not order anything from our store that is prohibited in the area in which the item is being shipped to.
- You will not say unkind things to Blue Whales.
- Store Credits are non refundable. Any returns will be issued store credit.
- Shipping is not paid with store credits, but with your credit card or paypal when checking out.
- If you do not understand how the HonkinDeals.com works, you will seek clarification before participating in it. Simply email info@honkindeals.com with any questions you have.
- If you do not understand how HonkinDeals.com works, and participate anyway without seeking clarification on the process, you hold HonkinDeals.com harmless of liability.
- Because we cannot forsee all the variables present and settings on a user's computer, the auction timer can and may display incorrect information. In the event of a dispute over who won an auction, the server's time and bid log will be used to determine the winner. If you do not accept this statement, please do not particpate in our penny auctions.
