When you buy Store Credits, you get the same number of Bid Credits added free to your account.  For example, if you purchase the $25 Store Credit Pack, you get 30 Store Credits AND 30 Bid Credits.  (The Store Credits you spend in the store, the Bid Credits are used for bidding on the Penny Auctions) For a more detailed explanation click here.
